Fukutsu (福津市, Fukutsu-shi) is a city located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. As of 29 February 2024, the city had an estimated population of 68,834 in 31114 households, and a population density of 1300 persons per km². The total area of the city is 52.76 km2 (20.37 sq mi).
You can take the JR Kagoshima main line (鹿児島本線) to Fukuma (福間) Station. Kagoshima honsen goes to major cities like Hakata and Kokura. You can take Seitetsu bus (西鉄バス) to Tsuyazaki-bashi (津屋崎橋).
Tsuyazaki-cho (津屋崎町) and Fukuma-shi (福間市) merged in 2005 to become Fukutsu-shi.
