Breathtakingly beautiful! So much to see, could easily spend 2+ hours inside. Stunning architecture, a lot of interesting art pieces. If you can plan your trip in advance, buy tickets online (a little cheaper - 11euro adult vs 12euro at the door, 6 vs 7 euro for seniors; also can bypass the line). The line from the gate to the ticket booth took about 15 minutes. Admission includes the tower - about 35 flights up, but through a ramp, no stairs, except for the very last flight.
Magnificent! Really worth the time and money, and its not that much money. make sure to book the ticket online, even with that you will wait in at least two lines (despite having an assigned time slot) for a good 10-15 minutes before you get inside the place. But the interior of a church is really worth it. Its not that different from other gothic churches except for the sheer size and grandeur. Really impressive.
Second time here, this time with our kids. Just beautiful. Climbed the tower with the kids - 8,10,11 years old. Beautiful panoramic views of the city. Just breathtaking. Highly recommend on any trip to Sevilla.
Wow. I never thought I would be into architecture like this but this place changed my mind. It is so amazing to be able to see how people back in the days built all of this without technology or blueprinting.
The amount of gold in here is insane & how intricate the alters are. The admission is quite cheap for self guided tour, but the VIP tour lets you go behind some of the blocked off alters which I really wished I did. Seeing those upclose would’ve been a cool experience.
They also have a very pretty courtyard.
