3.4 User-Contributed Content
Photos, reviews, and other content contributed by our users are owned by the respective users and licensed to us as described in our Terms of Service.
4. User Content License
4.1 Your Rights
You retain all ownership rights to content you post on Rivileo. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with our services.
4.2 Your Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you post
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents for any identifiable persons or property in your content
4.3 Removal Rights
You may delete your content at any time. However, content may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period and may continue to appear if it has been shared or reposted by other users.

5.1 Notification of Infringement
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent at hello@support.rivileo.com with the following information:

5.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to hello@support.rivileo.com with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
5.3 Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
6. Fair Use and Exceptions
We recognize that copyright law provides for certain exceptions and limitations, including fair use (US), fair dealing (UK), and similar doctrines in other jurisdictions. We respect these rights and will consider them when evaluating copyright claims.
7. Trademark Policy
The Rivileo name and logo are trademarks of Hastings Dynamics Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately describe our services.
